TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Terms and Conditions detailed here govern the use of the Authenticmagazine.co.nz website.

You acknowledge that Authentic Christian Trust t/a Authentic Magazine has not reviewed and does not endorse the content of all sites linked to or from this site and is not responsible for the content or actions of any other sites linked to or from the Authentic Magazine Site.

The Authentic Magazine website is designed to be shared and used in a similar fashion to the print magazine. We cannot police usage and urge all subscribers to act honestly.

Magazine Subscriptions

Paying with your credit card creates a recurring payment based on the subscription period you have requested.

We will endeavour to email you at least one month before your subscription expires, to give you the opportunity to renew your subscription at the same rate, or if your subscription is set to auto-renew, then you have the opportunity to cancel their subscription if you no longer wish to subscribe.

(Recurring payments do not apply to gift coupons, or any other non-subscription items)

Subscription cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by writing to, PO Box 761, Cambridge, 3450, New Zealand or by email to info@authenticmagazine.co.nz. The cancellation of your subscription will take effect before the next payment is due.

Privacy policy
Authentic Magazine is committed to protecting your privacy.

We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them. Examples of such information are:

Telephone number
Email address

The information collected will be used to send you the information you have requested and to help us develop the site to be useful to you. We may share non-personal aggregate statistics (group) data about our readers, sales and traffic patterns with partners or other parties. However, we do not sell or share any information about individual readers.

In addition to the company’s safeguards your personal data is protected in New Zealand by the Privacy Act. This provides amongst other things that the data we hold about you should be processed lawfully and fairly. It should be accurate, relevant and not excessive. The information should be kept up to date, where necessary, and not retained for longer than is necessary. You have the right to see what is held about you and correct any inaccuracies. Authentic Magazine treats all the data held with the utmost care and security. Any details you give will remain completely confidential.

By subscribing to Authentic Magazine, you will have your email automatically added to our email newsletters. The purpose of adding you to this mailing list is to share relevant, content and help you make the most of your subscription. You can unsubscribe from this at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained within the email.
